For some reason I couldn't upload any pics, but after some fiddling with my computers settings we are up and running again.

Just received this beautiful little scope from Rob. Had a few problems focusing, then realised that the extender should be used with my EP's.

Been looking at clouds and chimney pots because of course it is raining!

Hi all,

Tried imaging the sun especially the decaying sunspot 960 yesterday. Baader solar film over the small aperture in the lens cap of my SW 200 Newtonian. I really struggled getting the image to focus in the small viewer on my Nikon D40.

I left the scope out and had a good look at JUPITER and his moons, sadly the images with the dslr were crap, so I'll try my webcam next.
