My new PST arrived on Monday but the tripod etc hasn't arrived. That wasn't going to stop me though and with a bit of fiddling with a dovetail and some screws I managed to mount the PST on my EQ5 (somewhat precariously). I only got about 3 minutes viewing before the sun slid behind a neighbours chimney but it was long enough to see a sunspot and a tiny flare (or is that a prominence?). Even my wife wants to have a look through the PST.... :-)
